We are currently closed to the public but remember functional movement is essential to maintaining daily activities.  In these troubling times, people need to take time to maintain their health and especially functional movement.  stiff back in the morning, legs cramping up from sitting on the couch for too long…The community has been kind to us over the years and Listeners can support us by staying healthy and trying any of the free self-care exercises on our website (virus free) at no cost.   Links on our website to self care functional movement videos and proven fitness exercises that we have given to our clients for rehabilitation.  Anytime from now until June 1, 2020 when someone purchases an hour massage( 96.05$),  we will give an additional 30 minute treatment that the purchaser can use, give to another family member or give to a front line worker to say thanks for all you did. Our Gift Cards or products that the community purchases will be shipped directly to them or their loved ones that are unable to go out at this time.



Give the gift of wellness to your loved one, friend or colleague who would benefit from a therapeutic treatment in: Massage, Reflexology, Lymphedema treatment, post surgical mastectomy treatment or for couples massage. No amount is too small. Your gesture will help the recipient achieve well-being, regardless of whether he or she is looking for relief from chronic pain, post surgical treatment, rehabilitation or stress management. You can choose to pick up, have delivered or kept at the clinic.

Options: Your gift certificate can be:

1. Held at the clinic for that special person until they call and make an appointment.
2. Mailed directly to you, so that you can personally deliver it.(choices made at checkout)
3. Mailed to the recipient. upon request (choices made at check out)
